Team Balancing on the Paper   This week , on 8th of the November, we had another interesting activity in our GNCT session, It was another interesting session as usual. At first we were divided in to 4 groups, 8 members in each. Then each team was given one sheet of a newspaper, in which all the members had to stand on that paper. We had to stand sticking to one another and each members legs had to be inside the paper. It was really hard to manage all the members inside the paper because all were in different sizes, and we had to make sure that the sheet of paper did not tear. So for this we were given 5 minutes to strategise. Unfortunately our team was first to be eliminated because our paper got teared. One other team was also had torn their paper, The remaining 2 teams were competing in the finals and both teams played well by carrying their members in their shoulders. The Barter Puzzle On the 4th of October we had another interesting activity as usual. This time it was a puzzle. At first we were divided in to several groups and one from each team was summoned to the lecturer's table and all were given a piece of cardboard with one side blank and the other side with an image. We weren't supposed to look at the image and we were asked to cut the cardboard in to 90 small pieces. At first non of us had any idea what are we going to get later, so we started cutting them without any pattern or shape. After we had finished Miss. Sarasi put all the small pieces in separate envelopes and a small number of pieces were jumbled in other teams' envelopes. So the task we were given was to find out our teams missing parts from other teams and to complete the puzzle first.  For this we had to search for our missing pieces and  we had to negotiate with others, and even to beg sometimes.  And above all, since the shapes were not reg...
